I have used a lot of different extractors and personally, I like the ones that have a sharp poker end. It makes it easier to get the whole zit removed. That being said, this is a pretty good product. It's got a good weight to it and the loops don't bend when you push them against you skin like cheap ones do. Having the two types of loops makes it easy to extract blackheads as well as other types of zits. It doesn't make your face too red, nothing like when you use your nails. I feel like it's a much better way to pop zits than squeezing them. It seems a lot better for your skin. Most of my blackheads are on my nose or my chin and it extracted them pretty easily. It really shined though when I used it on my forehead. When it has a solid surface to push against, like your skull, it works right away and it pops out the entire zit. One problem with this is that it's easy to get carried away and just start popping everything you see. I recommend you don't use it unless you have a specific zit or two that you want to demolish.

This product didn't come with any instructions, which was fine for me. But if you have never used one I recommend watching a youtube tutorial on how to use it before you take it to your skin.

I take an antibiotic to control breakouts, use topical creams for blemishes, and use a sulfur bar soap twice a day to control oil. I have sensitive skin. I think this is a good product. Comes with it's own storing case. Easy to hold. I got this primarily to remove THAT line on my nose which was said to be whiteheads and black heads according to a YouTube video I watched. It has removed/lessened whiteheads on my nose to wear my nose sweats for the first time. I'm looking for the line to clear but I did a fruit facial after using this gadget and it kind of darkened my skin on my nose so my mistake there. With the weather changing, I recently had a pimple easy to pop. It was easy and pain free. It can also help pull out pus that's forming under your skin but don't keep going at it once it comes out or it'll damage your skin. Pressing on the sides on my nose just gets whiteheads out easy. Blackheads may take more pressing. As you get more practice, it's easier to use it.

This is an Ok tool to help you remove blemishes from your complexion. It is nothing complex or fancy but it works. Properly clean it with hot soap and water or use an alcohol swab. Clean your skin with a hot wash cloth before you use the tool. Keep your skin and the tool clean so you don't move bacteria around on your face.
