I'm a guy and I spend a little more on my hair than the next guy, but when I saw that a perm would cost me $200, I looked for ways to do it at home.
After a couple of youtube videos I understood how to do it and decided to buy this. With the help of a friend for putting the perm rods in, the rest was easy. I've had my hair permed for about 2 months now and I'm loving it. The curls just started to relax ever so slightly.
But for the price and quality. This is unbeatable.

Left hair dry and brittle in highlighted sections

I have been using Zotos perms forever and this is only the second time that the results were so drying. I have a mixed hair with a combo of darker blonde, highlighted sections and white/gray. The blonde bleached parts and ends are brittle and seem much more porous than with other Zotos perm used in the past. I could not find the other one that I usually use, but it is also to be used with highlighted hair, just not the Classic one. This one sounded similar, but results are not. I have many months of trimming to look forward to!
Also, the neutralizer seems strong as it burned my eye lid and made rash on my forehead. Also never happen before with other Zotos perms. Would not use again.
I am one month later revising my original review. After initial trimming and deep conditioning, my hair is now softer and has more natural curls.

Product is usable but the box and parts inside were mangled in the shipping envelope. This is the second time we've ordered this product and both times the box arrived destroyed and not intact.
