Got these as a Christmas present for my father in law. Shipping was fast, they arrived in near perfect condition, (one is cracked, but it's wood, I expected it. I don't think it will effect it's use.) They are still exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you.
Okay, I guess. Flavor is not very pronounced.

3.5 Stars. Nice size to soak in a jelly roll pan and the thickness is about right so that the plank lasts through one grilling of 20-30 min. The nice Cedar flavor didn't come across as well as with other planks.

I have recently discovered plank cooking and would do all my meals on a plank if I could. This is a great deal having two different scents of wood. I have only used them in the oven and they will last a long time.
