Original blend door motor. Right behind the glove box in a 2011 Flex. Literally took more time to take out and put back the junk in my glove box than to replace the part. Open the glove box, unclip the slow opener, push the sides of the box in to clear the stops, a plug and 2 screws and it's out! Reverse to install.
