This has been a jewel at work. Our dishwasher does not have an indicator when dishes are clean, and we had a tiny square magnet that had that chalk font look to it, but it was so subtle that almost everyone thought it was the dishwasher's logo and no one ever bothered to flip it. I got sick of being asked if the dishes were clean or dirty and decided we needed something a LOT more obvious. I was so happy to find this! Not only does the stainless steel/satin nickel look match our appliances almost perfectly, but people seem to enjoy sliding it. I got a lot of compliments on my decision.

I had a suction cup sign for a while. It didn't work great on my stainless dishwasher and caused staining where I had moistened the cup to stick it on.
When we moved, I decided to get a different sign, but didn't want to scratch up the dishwasher with something that needed to be rotated.
This is a perfect solution. Wish I'd doing it years ago.

My boyfriend never remembers whether or not the dishes are clean or dirty in the dishwasher so he ended up using dirty dishes as he claimed "I rinsed them off so well he couldn't tell the difference." I did not know a product like this existed until one of my friends told me about it and it was perfect for our problem! We have a stainless steel dishwasher so this does not attach magnetically to the dishwasher and so we keep it on the side of the fridge which works just fine as well. It did come with adhesive to stick onto stainless steel dishwashers, but we did not want to deal with adhering something to the dishwasher. It does what we need it to do and is nothing super fancy but do you need something super fancy to say dirty or clean? Its simple and helpful and would recommend it to anyone that is having issues with being able to tell whether or not the dishes are clean or dirty!

Does its job, and has saved some dishwashing soap. Just a couple notes. The handle you hold onto to slide it back and forth is a little big. We bump it every now and then and then it's sitting in the middle. Also, the magnets aren't very strong, so you have to hold the sign as you slide the tab, or the entire thing will slide. The good news is, they provide stick-on Velcro to secure it. This secures the sign and also enables you to remove and clean behind it too. Overall really glad to have this so we're not guessing about the dishes anymore.

Finally! So easy to use, and so easy to read, I finally found a magnet my whole family remembers to use. For some reason those circular rotate-able dishwasher magnets always seem to require too much effort for certain (unnamed) family members!!! :)
