The product and the delivery service are fine. The package has three knobs, all slightly different. I needed two that matched, so I will have to order another package to get the pair I need.
One knob for fan speed worked perfect! The other two fit BUT ARE THE WRONG ...

One knob for fan speed worked perfect ! The other two fit BUT ARE THE WRONG COLOR BLACK NOT GRAY! Why they do that is stupid they should be all gray!! So for the price you get one good knob ! They need to fix the problem because who has half black & gray,not me !!
