Okra for my stomach

Many years ago when I had an ulcer my chiropractor suggested okra tablets 15 minutes before I ate. Wow, what a difference. I think the okra slime in the fresh plant must get slimy again in the stomach because it really helped me. So, recently I'm having some stress and my stomach acts up, so I nip it in the bud with these okra tabs. Not easy to find. This particular company seems to have a good okra tab product and a good reputation so I gave them a try and yea, they seem to be doing the trick for me. I'm not a vitamin or supplement nut I just believe they have their place here and there, and I believe real pharmaceuticals when doctors prescribe, but okra really does rock for stomach issues for me.
