The lights go on and off intermittently even when not using. So I contacted the seller. He wanted me to put in a new "motherboard". I was not comfortable with this at all. Especially because it is electrical and didn't want to risk my home catching fire. They weren't willing to take a return and send me another. So I am going to have to purchase a new one from somewhere else. Also it is very loud and like others have said it looks good but it is mediocre at best. Multiple presses to get stuff to work. Halogen lights which make it very hot and expensive to replace. I hope I've learned my lesson.

This product doesn't even draw air! There is no ventilation what so ever!!! I had it installed two weeks ago and I have had two fires and my new paint job need painting!

Doe the job, but the instructions aren't quite right.
Also, I had a few loose screws I needed to tighten before I could install it.
Bottom line though, it's a bunch of sheet metal with a fan blower. That seems solid, and the controls are not bad.
