Bought it two sizes up, I wear 38 and bought 42. Good choice as it fits well. Use it for a Cartridge Carrier with my emergency inhaler and a Josiah Cartridge carrier for my diabetic supplies. Looks very nice, and the quality is good.

I am very pleased with this belt. It's very sturdy and should last a long time. I have a 28" waist, so the 32" fits perfectly in the center set of holes. Apparently the advertised length is measured to the last pair of holes, so add 4" when ordering. This belt is 1 3/8" wide, not 1 1/2" as advertised, so I deducted one star. I would definitely recommend this belt.

It's a good looking belt. No complaints there. As for an EDC belt, it's on the lightweight side. For a full-size duty gun, I could not recommend. For a compact, it's more than adequate. The real reason for 3 STARS is that this belt runs SMALL. I'm a 36" waist, so I ordered one size up, a 38" belt. It's still way too small. No way would I able to IWB carry. I should have gone for the 40".

Heavy duty belt, great for CCW. Using a standard belt didn't work well for me, too many times it wouldn't secure my inside the waist holster. Most are too thin. This one is thick, giving my holster's belt clip something to hang on to.
