I found this the fit true to size. I originally bought a size up, and it was way too big. I tried a few different dirndl's in a variety of brands and colors. I felt like this one has a slightly longer bodice which made it made it look more flattering. I also liked the simplicity of the dress without all the extra embroidery.

I ordered this for Oktoberfest in Stuttgart Germany this year. I usually wear a size 10/12US and ordered a size 14 just to be safe because of the comments saying it ran a bit small. It is a little big but more room for beer and pretzels that way. I can easily lace up the front a bit tighter, too. Nice breathable cotton and the colors are lovely.

This is a very cute dress. Make sure to look at the sizing chart. I wear a size 10-12 dress but do have big boobs. I ordered this in s size 16 and it's fits great. Really cute. Can't wait to wear it.

The blouse was the perfect size, any smaller and the sleeves would be too small. The dress was slightly large. I had to snug the laces as far as I could to get a good fit. Nicely made and I think it will last longer than I expected.
