I was skeptical about the benefits of taking this, but my personal trainer urged me to try it. I was sick so much last winter I figured, what the heck, give it a try. I tried taking just 1 packet a day and didn't notice much benefit. My trainer told me to take 2 a day. I weigh 245 lbs, so that may be why I needed to do that. After a week or 2 of taking it, I started noticing that I got less headaches, even though I'm still not getting enough sleep. I've always been really good at staying hydrated, so it's not just the extra liquid. I have been taking it for about 6-7 months now, and I have not full on gotten sick since. Sometimes I notice a scratchy throat or a bit of congestion, but my body seems able to fight it off. I really think this is beneficial. Tastes good too. Comes in orange, tangerine, raspberry.

, I noticed that the EmergenC packets felt stiff / compacted. I then peeled back their barcode sticker and discovered the product Exp date is 11/18. Silly me, I purchased 2 - 50 count packages and there is no way I will use but maybe one package by Nov. I guess that explains the good price, but this will be my last purchase from EPIC GLOBAL, they got me this time (caveat emptor), but not again. Interestingly, with the bottom of the package being 5" x 6", both packages had their barcode label over the 1/2" area covering the Exp date. Coincidence ?? I think not.

They reformulated all the flavors of this stuff a couple of years back and now they all taste like dish soap. I contacted the company and they told me of this reformulation, which was pretty obvious. I have to mix my Super Orange with real orange juice to make it palatable. It used to have a very pleasant flavor but not now. I used to like the raspberry flavor but it tastes particularly bad now, as does blueberry. I have no idea if it's helping me with not getting sick, but I don't seem to ever get sick like many of my friends do.

I bought this from Walgreens originally. It worked great then, but Amazon sells Emergen-C half the price. I wish the Emergen-C with vitamin D was as good of a deal, but this works well too. More energy, I haven't gotten sick since taking this for about 6 months. Not even a light cold. Prior to starting this I was very active, but still felt sluggish. 33 year old male/ 5'11"/185/ work out 3-4 times a week, have gotten energy boost since starting Emergen-C---take it about 3 times a week, 5 when I have been around sick people....Thanks

This product has saved me from the flu! As soon as I feel a hint of any symptoms, I mix a packet with water and then mix another a few hours later. I follow up the next day with 2 more packets. After a packet a day for the next couple of days, I am fine. The vitamin C helps tremendously.
The only drawback to this Orange flavor is that it is not very tasty. I previously had Tangerine flavor EmergenC and the flavor was tangy and fabulous! This Orange flavor is very bland, and I expected a better flavor.
