It fit excellent on my 03 Saturn Ion. I don't know what all the fuss is about with needing to fabricate the pedal to work, I simply dropped the old pedal and put this in its place and called it a day. It DOES have an additional sensor spot above that my car does not utilize but I just leave it to be and it works perfectly fine. For the 03/04 Ions, just use the normal mounting spot for the sensor (the lower one) and drop this bad boy in and call it a day! The worst part was getting under the wheel to do all this but thats it!
