So, this was my first time buying a natural food coloring so I have nothing to compare it to, but I had to use almost an entire bottle to get decent colors for coloring my eggs. Perhaps I did something wrong to the dye bath. Wish I would've been able to use it for something else so I had more to say.

These are not gel, so they will water down items and change the ratios- be warned. I love that they arent fake, but the colors are mild- its what you would expect with natural.

I was incredibly disappointed with this stuff. the color literally disappeared or turned grey within minutes. My ombre cake looked like a rain cloud. I've tried to use it since in pancakes and such with the same results. Not worth it.

I really appreciate that these colors do not have artificial dyes. The colors are soft shades not too bright. Mixes well with frosting and meringue. I would really love to find some Neon Bright colors in this brand.
