Great option for a small business but not without quirks.

The clock works fairly well. Occasionally it won't read a print. We have one employee in particular that this clock just doesn't like her finger prints. Otherwise that aspect of it is pretty good. I'm geneal, the clock is pretty good. The software is decent. There are some quirks. For instance, when manually entering employee times on the web site, instead of entering 4 hours, you have to enter "04.0". If you enter "4" or even "4.0", you'll get 0.4 hours.
There's also a way for the employee to request time off but they'll have to enter it the same way. If they don't, the time won't be right. Also, the time off feature only allows the employee to request a certain number of hours for a day. There is no way to convey what time of day they are requesting off.
Overall, it fits the purpose and I'll continue using it. Hopefully they'll polish up some of the deficiencies. Should that happen, I'll update this review.

Got this to replace our older timecard system. This is worth every penny allows us to track time and stores in the cloud. If you are considering this do it....Its worth it.
Works great, no more time sheet headaches, well built and very customizable.
