This was so cute. I had many compliments on how cute it was from friends at my daughter's ladybug themed party. The cover up is short, true. But that didn't cause an issue at all since I read that on the other reviews. As a matter of fact, it was so comfy that my daughter wanted to sleep in it.
It The suit does run a bit small, tall-wise. She's a short 3 year old and I ordered a 4T; so just order up a size. One other thing I loved- My toddler has...an ample backside (lucky her!) and this swimsuit actually covered her bum all that way! So far this has been the only suit we've been able to find that does that. It also has a cute black and white ruffle on the bum that I didn't see. Plus. So-
