The canopy is made from 8 sections of waterproof 190 threads per square inch 'Pongee' polyester that are cut by hand and carefully sewn to provide a perfect fit of canopy to frame. Each panel is constructed with a vent that allows the wind to pass through, which protects the umbrella from wind damage.
