This lock is great!
Sometimes we forget to close the garage door, or we need to keep the garage door a little bit open so our outside cat can get in the garage to keep warm. I always worried that, if someone got into our garage and we forgot to lock it that we would have a hairy situation on our hands.
We no longer need to worry whether or not we remembered to lock the door from the garage that comes into the house because it locks automatically- saving many worries and headaches in the morning or when we go out of town.
The buttons do wear down a little bit after a while, especially if all the entry codes use a specific number. All 3 codes on our door include a 1 and after a year, the 1 key is a little flaky. Changing the codes up is easy, so it's not a huge deal. This lock has worked consistently for over a year now, always auto-locking when the door has been opened; it still has the original set of batteries in it and is still going strong.
I have another (more expensive) auto lock in the house and it does not work as well or consistently as this one. I will re-buy this one again for other doors in the house.

After having had wonderful success with my Schlage keyless entry for my main front and back doors I wanted to do the same for my bedroom doors, as I do short term hosting and people do lose keys. So, the build quality comes across as somewhat amateurish, as if the company is still figuring out how to spec it to their factory overseas.
I have five of these in the house, including my own bedroom, and the breakdown is: my bedroom works fine, except for in addition to my code the numbers "00" also unlock it (um, not good). Two bedrooms are fine, though it (and the rest) tend to eat batteries for breakfast. Really, they need to be changed monthly; probably because there is a motor turning things whereas the Schlage just "allows" the unlocking action and the end user still turns everything. Another bedroom seems inconsistent on its reliability, in terms of not fully operating on the motor, and one final room the motor is stuck, it won't turn the locking barrel all the way, basically not working for its essential purpose; to note this one was in its box for some time, not sure if it got banged around, but still.
I have gotten panicked lock-out calls from roommates with enough regularity that I just give them the key and advise them to treat it like a regular locking door knob, and to never lock it without the key on hand. So, basically having said that I could just get one of the many regular locking interior knobs available at any hardware store.
Lastly, the website and youtube channel are woefully inadequate. There is no place to get a PDF of the instructions or even the code setting information (as of last time checking) and the Youtube channel videos seem to only underscore the "hobbyist" vibe this product seems to convey.
In all, if I had it to do again I wouldn't purchase this product. I can't speak to any other interior locking knob product as I have only used these; but these seem to be not ready for prime time.

Got the lock over the weekend, became very excited and was looking forward to putting it on. I'm a little late to the game but I am catching on pretty fast when it comes to the home improvement phase in a mans life. So I get the box I open it to read the instructions so I get everything started to find out that the key pads not working. So I change the batteries still not working! So I go back to the instructions and so I give the company a call. 1800 goes straight to voicemail. *Perfect*
I call 5 times betwen 10Am and 4PM to get the same voice mail, I call and leave 3 messages and it sis 1:50AM and I still have not heard from them at all.. I am getting a new lock hopefully not from this company because customer service for me is really important.. Disappointed!

Numbers fall off.

I have bought 4 of these and the batteries have lasted months so I am happy with that especially how much some of them are used. I would give 5 stars if the buttons did not fall off fairly easy. And I cannot get them to stay on with any adhesive or glue so far. I have had to change code so as not to use the numbers that have fallen off. Makes the locks almost useless.
I have a lot of keypad locks and love them but this one is utter garbage

This knob has a huge design flaw. There is one thing holding it to the door and that is a small screw at the top of the keypad. When you pull on the door knob (as one does to open a door) the whole thing bends away from the door, the batteries pop out and the damn thing locks itself as the default. I had to pay my cleaning gal for 4 hours of work that wasn't done because she couldn't get into the house because this thing fell to pieces 2 days after install. I have a lot of keypad locks and love them but this one is utter garbage.
