The flavor isn't the best. The wife feels the same. I would suggest the Tangerine which I would give 5 stars.

Ensure you are going to be going to bed soon after drinking this since you need to wind down. After about 20-30 minutes the calming/sedative effect will wear off. People that haven't had melatonin much in the past will probably have some vivid dreams.

First, let me say these are quite good. The ones in the first pkg I got, though, were flat and tasted weak - but Amazon made good on this right away! The replacement is perfect. These have plenty of fizz and taste. Both product and customer service get 5 stars from me :-)

I love this stuff. My only concern is the artificial sweetener, however, it's a minute amount compared to other products. A huge benefit to this product is it works fast. I don't recommend drinking this ice cold, as it does have a tendency to cause a minor upset stomach.

This is loaded with vitamins and minerals your body needs, especially Magnesium. You may be taking supplements with Magnesium in it, however, contrary to belief, you are getting NO benefit to the magnesium in supplements as the molecules are too large to pass the blood-brain barrier. I started this after having a traumatic brain injury and it helped immensely. I not only had trouble sleeping, but also had memory issues, pain, and headaches. This helped with nearly everything!

One word of caution, however; Magnesium Citrate can cause diarrhea. This product contains a smaller amount than what you'd need for a full bowel evacuation, and you will, after a week or so, get used to the Magnesium CItrate and be regular again, but with better sleep. I cannot praise their products enough.

I had insomnia for about 4 years. I saw this mentioned somewhere on a forum and figured why not? I'll try it. Normal melatonin does not work very well for me, but with the other relaxants in here (L-theanine), I find myself very relaxed and ready to sleep within half an hour of drinking it.

Other people have had luck drinking half a bottle before they go to bed, but I find the whole bottle to be much more effective (sadly it's expensive). Regardless, your mileage may vary.

I honestly am so grateful to this product, and recommend it to anyone who has stubborn insomnia, or just needs to relax and pass out from a long, stressful day.
