Tangerine dream is my favorite flavor and this is just as good. It does a good job of putting you in the mood to sleep. These are great if you have a job that has you doing turn around shifts. You can drink one or two of these and get to sleep pretty fast to maximize what little time you have. No ill effects upon waking up either.
