The title for this box clearly states "3 boxes". I only received one box and apparently from reading reviews,I'm not the only one. Copied and pasted below is the title description.....

Advantus sells one box on here for 3.40...buy that one and save a couple bucks.
And the box itself is worth about 50 cents.

I enjoy this box. I have three sizes of these boxes. In the most recent ones I purchased I put 100 35mm slides I bought on eBay of a parade in 1969. These boxes are a good size for that. I like the way you can stack them and put them next to each other and they will lock together. I like the way the tops lock on. I like that they are clear. In one or two other boxes of this type I have collections of screws and blts with nuts. In another I have labels I printed but didn't need right away. I ordered more of these boxes in the 4 x 6 size and I will put larger collections of slides in them. They are very versatile boxes.

I love these boxes. They're sturdy, and they stay closed; they work well to carry in my backpack. If you use the lightweight index cards, you can get close to 400 cards in one. I've bought these multiple times and will continue to; I'm a lifelong student, and these are by far my favorite index card holders.

I received this today so I can't say how it will hold up. I'm putting a review up with pictures so there are more angles available. I like how it closes. There are handle on the sides that lift up on a little extension piece to close. Hopefully that's clear in the photos.
I put 300 index cards in there to test. The cards are 3 by 5. They fit well and another 100 will probably fit. It's thinner plastic than I was expecting but still fine for storing index cards. Those ones with tabs wouldn't fit in this box with the top on.

Works perfect for what I need it for. I intend to use it for holding notecards that have lesson plans on it for our hone school. The side snaps are a little easy to open, but it would still survive most falls off a table. The notecards pictured inside it are the 300 pack from Amazon basics. I did that to show how much this will hold, I think I can fit about 100 more in there tops.
