I discovered BAI drinks several years ago when I was looking for a relatively healthy alternative to water for when I'm dieting, something with flavor, without aspertame or sucralose, and without the bitter aftertaste of stevia. I found Bai, which uses the healthier sugar alternative of erythritol as its main sweetener. I've experimented with the various flavors, and this one - the tanzania lemon tea - is one of my favorites. The tartness helps to kill the aftertaste. I've tried the other Bai teas as well, and I drink them occasionally, but they have more of an aftertaste and I don't like them nearly as much. I also enjoy the other "lemonade" types - the lemon Bai and the strawberry lemonade Bai. Again, tartness helps mitigate any aftertaste. I was very pleased to find that Amazon sells the Tanzania lemon and the strawberry lemonade flavors as multipacks, so I'm not stuck buying flavors I don't like, and can buy these in bulk. I don't like most of the sweet flavors, although if I want something sweeter, I'll opt for one of either Pomegranate, Watermelon or Dragonfruit. Don't like the Blueberry, Clementine, etc. etc. Just wish they'd sell the Lemon by itself as well.

This is unquestionably the worst Bai flavor among the 12+ I have tried. It tastes akin to literally biting into a lemon and drinking the juice. It is far too acidic, leaves a bitter aftertaste, and even hurts the throat. The description on the bottle implies that it is trying to be an Arnold Palmer, but the "iced tea" component is barely noticeable and overpowered by an insane amount of lemon flavor. As a huge Bai fan, it pains me to write this review but I strongly urge Bai to discontinue this pathetic excuse for a tea drink.

Each flavor has a special place in my heart, granted, I haven't had EVERY flavor. But so far, I've found they taste wonderful. The one's that remind me that most of a juice substitute are the Sao Paolo Strawberry Lemonade and Tanzania Lemonade Tea. Their flavors are strongest that I've encountered and are my favorite to enjoy alone or as an addition to a smoothie. The prices are reasonable and I think they're a great sugar curber. I have one almost every day because I want to reward myself for achieving a goal or completing a task.

I'm someone whom absolutely loves citrus and this is perfect for me. Drinks this has totally turned me off from drinking soft drinks which are carbonated (which makes you bloat), full of sugar and caffeine.
Yes, this has some sugar and caffeine but not even close to soft drinks. I have a soft drink now and it tastes gross.

I just love this flavor. Not to sweet, nice tart lemon and tea taste. No retailers where I live carry this flavor of Bai drinks. So very happy to find it here on Amazon. I will probably subscribe and save eventually.
