If I don't feel to cook pot, this is a yummy substitute. I add a whisper of cinnamon, and a tiny lemon peel. May be used with milk for a cappuccino, but do not use lemon.

I have sampled many instant espresso brands before and this one is my favorite. It tastes just like the shots I brewed as a barista (never bitter, always silky smooth) and it somehow even makes a little bit of the golden froth when you stir it up. Each regular (slightly heaping) teaspoon makes 1 shot of espresso. It's really great for those of us who spend way too much money on our daily "Venti Triple Shot Iced Mocha Latte" habits.

-Don't really need to stir it, somehow science makes it work
-Bubbles on top. Just a few, aesthetically pleasing. Pour with velocity.
-Taste? Very much a personal preference. Does not seem bitter or burned tasting to my palette
-Fast: Just add hot water and you've got a descent cup of espresso, sorta amazing but not as good as something from a machine, so, don't throw out that machine but you can skip it if you're in a hurry
-Not a huge quantity in the size I buy. This is good if you're checking it out but if you get hooked you may want to look for a larger size
-Can't seem to find this elsewhere. I have not looked too hard but it's here
