I recently purchased a Sunny Health & Fitness Pro Indoor Cycling Bike from Amazon. I will recommend this bike also, with some inexpensive modifications. I purchase these clipless pedals to make my cycling more realistic. I replaced the pedals and added a gel pad cover and water bottle holder. This Exustar set comes come with pedal and cleats for shoes. These worked perfectly. I paid only $16.99 and may have been my best Amazon purchase ever. I rarely give 5'ds because nothing is ever perfect. But these, so far, have been perfect.
Versatility is key

Though listed as "mountain bike" pedals, I have these on my road bike (trek 2.1) - The best part of these is that you don't need the special shoes to use them. The side with the metal is where you clip in with your cleats, flip the pedal over and it operates like a standard platform pedal.
I use my bike for equal parts commuting and long rides. When riding around town or riding to local 5ks I don't want to bring 2 pairs of shoes. In those cases I can use my regular running shoes on the platform side of the pedal. When I go on real bike rides I wear my bike shoes and can clip in on the metal side.
If you're a real racer then there are lighter, road bike specific options out there, but for the casual weekend warrior such as myself these are hard to beat.
