Was louder than I wanted a watch winder to be. It is also very large due to the fact that each pod only winds one watch.

Watches kept time as expected and settings are easy enough but the fact that you have 8 switches on the back makes it dificult to set as you are removing a watch. When the pod is inplace without a watch and you go to remove it, the front spacer for larger watches separates and then your trying to get your fingers in there to get the pod out.

Good idea but could have been executed better

This product's price and features (4 watch capacity with independently adjustable rotation) are attractive. Its reliability and warranty service, based on my personal experience with two of these Versa Winders, may be challenging. I had noisy motors in both winders. One of the winders progressed to the point of not consistently rotating 2 of my 4 watches. If a motor becomes noisy within the Amazon 30-day refund period, return it immediately as later on you are left only with the Versa warranty to fall back on. The Versa warranty is one year, will be honored by sellers but is not without customer cost (shipping in my malfunctioning winder for repair cost me $27), time (repair cycle is estimated at 10-15 workdays), but may possibly be avoided by requesting the Versa seller send you a motor repair kit at no charge. I failed at installing the new motor kit the first time but armed with that poor experience I think I could do it now. If you need a motor repair kit, insist that the Versa seller send you the motor repair kit with detailed directions. The motor repair kit is likely not too complex for a serious DYIer with electrical experience, but for the rest of us - insist on written directions to help you on the kit installation. If the repair kit is problematic, you may need to send it into the seller for repair.

Received the item within 3 days. Well packaged. Motors are very quiet. Product is all plastic, but fit and finish is surprisingly good. The problem is that only 3 of 4 winders functioned which suggests that there is little or no quality control. I returned the item.

I rated 2 stars because item was not fully functional. Would have rated 4/5 if all winders had worked.

Very little to complain about in the functionality department. My only small gripe in that regard is that not long after purchase, it went from near dead silent, to making some faint noise. Mine is placed right next to my bed, and even there the noise is nowhere near enough to keep me awake. Sure it can be heard, but barely. Fortunately it does seem that the noise level immediately plateaued. For months there has been no discernible change or increase in noise level. The only thing I don't like about this winder is the overall look and materials. It is obviously built to a price point, and it shows in the appearance. Everything is hard plastic, and there is only a trace of any padding. For those looking for a luxurious winder, look elsewhere. For all of you looking for a good functional winder for watches worn in the real world, look no further.

My wife gave me a Rolex self wind for my 60th birthday. I also have two other self winding watches. Therefore the reason for ordering this winder. Works well and looks good. I have only had it for one week. However it is made out of plastic. Since it is a stand-up design the watches have to snap into the holders with plastic tabs. They are a little difficult to remove with a watch in them. So for daily use, it is a bit difficult to use. In addition, it just doesn't seem correct to put a Rolex on plastic. Would recommend this for long term storage.
Have just ordered the double Versa Elite for my Rolex for daily use. Am awaiting delivery.
