Great Tent

It's our first grow tent, and we are impressed. Set-up was super easy, and the bars are sturdy. The tent material is thick/good quality, and no light peeks through. Not even through the zipper. Love the touch of the tray, but somewhat unnecessary, because we have plastic trays for our planters. Soon we'll need to purchase a vent fan and filter, so I'll update the review when we actually use the 6" vent holes. Overall the best deal I could find for this particular size bag, and would by this and other Apollo Horticulture products again.
Both options are adjustable depending on what location you would like to mount the light

Very solid grow tent. Metal pole frame assembles with ease a locks together with steel pins. Make for a study skeleton for the heavy duty canvas body. My tent block out light very well. All zippers were in proper working order and fairly large and heavy duty themselves. Apollo give you 2 option for supporting light with-in the tent. 1 long bar that goes across the top or 2 short bars that go across the top. Both options are adjustable depending on what location you would like to mount the light. This 2 foot by 4 foot by 5 foot tent is plenty large enough for my needs
Great Grow Tent For Smaller Spaces

This is a very nice grow tent. It is heavier fabric than I had expected, blocks light well, has plenty of options for ventilation/cords/etc. It's not so deep that it's awkward to work with putting plants in and out of it. It is only 5 feet tall, so those growing taller plants will want to keep that in mind. However, that lack of extreme height -- note that an 80 inch tent is just over 6 and a half feet, or roughly two meters -- lets this tent fit in places that a taller one may not fit. And, this tent is only 2 feet wide, so it fits nicely in a location where a wider tent may not. Hardware is all metal, no plastic here. Overall, it's a great tent, and, as I think I may need another tent, I'd definitely consider another Apollo Horticulture one.
NOT FOR HYDRO floor leaks, nice frame, wonky ceiling support

Of the tent brands I've had I would never order this one again. my problem came when a hydro leak went straight through "spill tray" and tent floor, frying more electronics than the tent is worth, creating a horrible mess ruining the carpet (it was ugly anyway). luckily I caught it before it did worse or caught fire with a full power strip right there... I've had much worse leaks or spills in a milliard brand tent which kept it contained.
other cons: the stitching isn't great (the ties ripped right off and there are small light leaks), the ceiling support is sketchy to hang more than a light without modification/extra equipment. I did not use the original ceiling poles to hang filter, fan, muffler etc
this tents pros? the frame is an easy assembly with pinned poles so they are secured, light leaks are minimal, and the duct/cord ports have 2 closures which also help with light leak. some people like the D door, zipper lasts longer. oh and it has a purple trim, great.
pay extra for a good brand (GG). you'll save yourself equipment and a lot of frustration. now back to cleaning up water damage.

I purchased this tent so I could start my garden plants in an unheated portion of my garage and it has been excellent for that purpose. It holds heat well enough that I was able to keep it at a minimum of 68 degrees (F) by using a thermostatically controlled 60 watt lamp (in addition to my CFL grow lights).
The tent is well built and has, for my purposes, enough penetrations to allow power cords, thermocouple, control lines, and ventilation. I have read many reviews complaining of poor zipper quality and operability but have not had problems with either of those issues. The inner liner is a nice touch to keep the floor dry and clean. The steel frame is sturdy and easily holds my light bar which consists of a 2" PVC pipe with four porcelain light fixtures and a total of eight CFL bulbs.
My only complaint about this tent is that it was a challenge for me to assemble the last connection as the frame fits so tightly. It took me about 15 minutes to assemble the frame inside the cover. BTW, you do want to assemble the frame inside the cover; otherwise, I'm not sure it would fit through the door.
I will be purchasing a larger tent as fall approaches so I can grow some summer vegetables over the winter.
