Item has such a nasty smell I had to put it outside and spray with Lysol. Translation to US size is too small. Cute boot especially for the price.

This product is terrible! They do not fit like excepted at all! It felt like I had them on the wrong feet because they were way too narrow and did not have the general form of a regular boot. I even ordered a different size to see if it would help but it was the same way. When I waned to return them they said they would only give me a few dollars back and when I demanded a full refund they made me pay for shipping. Extremely poor customer service and overall product.

The boots are well made and they are lovely, beautiful. However they run very small. I bought a 36 women for my 12 year old Chinese niece who wears a 4 USA size and she can't wear them. They don't fit her, too small. I was surprise to read comments by other customer indicating that the boots run big. Quite the contrary. I couldn't return them for a bigger size.The company was professional and accommodating. They apologized for the mismatched.I was reimbursed half the total price and was asked to keep the boots.

I love these boots they don't look cheap or feel cheap, however if you buy these I would buy a size bigger than whatever you wear because they run small. I ordered a size 8 and they fit way more like a 7 to 7 1/2 I couldn't wear them for longer than an hour without them hurting my feet. Also, the fur on the side that hangs down is not connected to the boot so as you walk that side of the fur kind of flaps and there isn't a way of making it stay down unless you glued it to the boot or something.
