It works pretty well. First time use I needed successively to use two. I'm hopeful that subsequent regular use will diminish that need.

It really does loosen up the crap inside that you'd otherwise have trouble getting off with a paper towel and water. You might still need to use that for finishing touches but this will get most of the job done. I've found my microwave smells much improved, but not 100%, probably because some odors seeped through whatever vents are in there. Might need to follow up with another method like steaming it with vinegar or something.
