I bought a 06 330i 1 1/2 years ago with all kinds of issues. I purchased and installed these at 220k miles the car as of Dec 2022 now has 236k miles and no issues so far. For all the people that swore the only ones worth buying were oem BMW for like $300 a piece are full of it! If these lasted 2 years I'd buy them every 2 years! I just purchased another set for my 06 330XI.

This part fit my 2008 BMW 328i just fine. I stopped getting the check engine light and the error codes for the exhaust vanos sensor. The first week the car would idle rough when cold, but was fine when warm and no problems up at speed.
The issue wasn't with the Solenoid, after research I found that the cars computer needs to be reset or have time to recalibrate (several drive cycles). The car is a commuter, limited miles. But after a week the car has leaned out and no more rough idling, no more error codes, and it appears to be running good.
Those of you reading other reviews about rough idle/running it is caused by the computer needing to recalibrate to the new sensor. Don't let a mechanic trick you into buying something more expensive, give it a few days or disconnect your battery for a bit to reset the computer.
