I often buy cans of La Costena sliced jalapeños that include a few sliced carrots. I have always loved the carrots, and was delighted to find them sold by themselves in cans here. These are crisp, spicy, delicious pickled carrots with a few diced jalapeños included. They have the perfect texture, crunchy rather than soft. I can sit down and eat them out of the can by themselves, they're so good! They're also good in recipes and on popcorn.

I like the choice of only carrots, but I think the taste of Embasa Brand have better flavor and more spicier. I'll choose them next time.

Crisp and mildly spicy. Tart. Convenient and versatile. Salads, fried foods, sandwiches, great with cheese. Was sent to me by accident when ordering jalepenos and now I'm hooked! Second case already and put them on the subscribe and save list as a great staple. 1 case 2-months.

Good product although they are not as spicy as the original carrots prepared in México. They need more serrano peppers to bring it p a notch.
