Great product prompt service

I ordered this product due to the fact that I have a bad back, it gets to the point when I am in the shower I can barely stand the pain. The shower stall we have is very small and has tile on the base so I needed something not only stable but small enough to fit in the shower. This fit the bill because it supports up to 275lbs, I weigh 220 and all the other stools that I looked at stated up to 220lbs. only. It is very stable four legs easy to put together.easy to move around in the shower and is comfortable. I also was very pleased with their promptness on the delivery time 2 1/2 days which was a very pleasant surprise. Would order from them again if needed.

I debated on leaving a 4 star review, but this stool is a top quality item.
The instruction sheet consisted of drawings (only) and did not show where the washers were to be placed so it took about 15 minutes to assemble it correctly.
For those who will purchase this stool:
1- put the seat on a flat surface with the holes facing up
2- put the washers on top of the holes with the curved side facing up
3- line up the holes in the legs with the washers then barely tighten the thumb screw bolts until all 5 are in position before fully tightening them
*** the washers will move when trying to insert the thumb screws so using a nail file to hold them in place will reduce assembly time and frustration

The stability is questionable especially at the highest height, but the seat is super slippery if you happen to use SOAP in your shower. Yeah. Or conditioner. Not happy.
Sturdy and safe stool

We bought one similar to this for our daughters to have in their tub/shower so they can sit down to shave. It is much safer that way. I bought this one for my wife for our shower, It is compact so it fits easily in the corner of our smaller shower and is very sturdy. Again, this is much safer than standing on one foot on the slick tile to shave.

I purchased this stool to replace another bath stool that collapsed while I was sitting on it in the shower (I am 110 lbs/5 ft. 4 in.). This stool is fantastic. It is compact and easy to move around. It is simple to assemble (5 minutes). The instructions are 2 steps and illustrated with pictures only. The legs are adjustable...you can select 8 different heights (the lowest is 1 ft. 13 1/2 inches and the highest is 1 ft. 20 inches). To adjust the legs, you push the pin in and slide the leg up or down. Sometimes the pin can get stuck but if you are not constantly adjusting then this isn't a big deal. The leg bottoms are non-slip (an important feature if you are using it in the shower and then moving it to the bathroom tile floor...which I do). The legs do not wobble. It is light weight- it weighs 3.2 lbs. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
