I love this huge mat in my studio! I've used anti-fatigue mats in the past, but they've been too small to really be useful if you've got a larger work area. Since my home and work have concrete floors througout, long hours on my feet can be rough on my feet & back. I used anti-fatigue mats in my office (standing desk) and kitchen, but didn't use them in my studio before because my work flow would have me constantly moving around about 10 feet of counter & I was either tripping over mats, moving them constantly, or moving onto bare floor as I worked. This one giant mat covers a huge area and lets me move about my workspace while dyeing fiber without tripping over multiple mats or constantly re-arranging my work and or mat to maximize comfort. If your work flow takes you up and down the length of a small room or large counter/workbench, this is great for your feet. I have two long counters with about 3 feet in between them, so this mat is a dream.

The mat itself is about average in the foamy style of anti-fatigue mat (it won't last forever, but the large size means you don't compress one area constantly like you do in front of a standing desk or stove). It's not super plush, but cushy enough to make a big difference if you're dealing with a really hard concrete floor for hours. I can actually work barefoot now, which is great for my problem feet. It's a bit more expensive than the combined equivalent in smaller mats, but worthwhile in convenience, safety and looks. I also like the plain, solid gray, without logos or the safety stripe.

I got this for in my sewing room, where I often stand for a few hours a day cutting fabric and this has really helped in keeping my feet, legs and lower back from hurting as much. I have found that I do vacuum this weekly or bi-weekly to help keep it clean and from there if you are using this somewhere that a liquid could get on it to wipe it down with a wet cloth to help keep it clean.

The mat arrived rolled up pretty tightly and it took about 10 minutes for it to lay flat once I got it down on the floor. I did notice a slight smell at first, but that also dissipated within a few hours. The top is slightly textured for anti-slippage.

Great mat at a great price.

This mat is thick and comfy to stand on for long periods of time. I don't recommend using it at a sitting bench as chairs do not easily roll on the thick and soft material. For a standing Q/A bench or similar it is perfect. The bottom had a strange stain on it, but that doesn't matter as it is on the floor anyhow. the top has an indented grip pattern for no-slip that makes it a bit tricky to clean if it gets dirty. A wet rag and/or compressed air does the trick.

This looks nice and professional and would even be suitable for a customer Q&A verification area. Doesn't slide and is comfortable. My benches are 8' long and this can be trimmed to length easily. A fair price for such a mat and no issues with it. I will update if I have excessive wear issues!

This is a very good deal for a solid and sturdy anti-fatigue mat that is ample in length and width- these come in sizes that conveniently run the length of counters and workbenches, and can be trimmed to fit. The thickness is approximately 55% of the diameter of a penny (pic), which you can see along the non-tapered cut ends. The edges along the length are smoothly tapered and finished to prevent tripping. This roll flattened out smoothly within approx. 15 min., and because it has a decent weight and a tacky feel, it doesn't budge once placed. The top has a textured pattern which helps to prevent slips, but it's smooth enough to wipe clean with a damp cloth. The feel walking on this is comfortable but not plush like some home anti-fatigue mats (which is a good thing). However, it's too soft to easily use a rolling chair on it, and you can see from my pic that a chair leaves imprints for a few minutes after you move. Your foot will even leave an imprint for a bit. Overall, this is a good balance between comfort and function, and the price is right.

This is a medium thickness mat IMO. It provides a decent level of cushion without being too heavy to move around when needed. 10 feet is a generous length and I imagine anything heavier in weight would be too much trouble to deal with.
It arrives in a box rolled up. It weighs about 20 lbs.
After unrolling it, it will settle down to flat after an hour or so depending on the ambient temperature. It is cushy enough that it won't handle chair wheels on it, yet firm enough that you can roll it up and take it outside to wash it if needed without being to hard to handle.
The slight texture gives it good traction even when slightly wet.
The backside also has good traction and it doesn't slide around on smooth floors if they are clean prior to setting the mat down.
It has a commercial look to it. It is also robust and durable. I expect it would last a long time if not abused.
Anti-static properties make it nice for electronics work areas.
