Meh, doesn't work well as a dinosaur or a bot.
Great toy but not for small kids

Very small but very well manufactured
Great toy, stands the test of time!

"Santa" did a great job this year! My son is in love with this transformer. The product is easy for him to use (he is 4) and has taken a beating over the last 6 months. He's even taken it to his daycare where I'm sure the kids were anything but gentle. Playskool makes great toys that stand the test of time!
Fun toy!

This toy was a real hit! I bought it for my six year old nephew as his birthday gift, amongst a few other toys. The other toys all got pushed aside in favor of this Transformer! He went right into telling me the story of this character, and he played with it the entire night. Three weeks later at another family gathering, we noticed the kids playing again with this toy! It's definitely been a favorite amongst the kids! Needless to say, it's taken some abuse (I saw it thrown across the room once and dropped once), but somehow it's still in perfectly functional condition.
I went into this purchase not really knowing what the heck I was buying, but hoping it was going to be at least a little liked. Boy, was I surprised to see that I struck gold here with the entire group of kids in the family! This toy is getting a ton of playtime. I'll definitely buy more!

Disappointing robot mode, but my son likes it anyway

We ordered this for our toddler as a reward for reaching a goal. He likes the Rescue Bots show, and decided he wanted this one.
These transformers are good for young children since the transformation is not complicated. The dino mode looks good (but has little functionality since head cannot be moved up/down and legs/arms are also stationary. Pressing a button on the back down cause the mouth to open/close. The robot mode is VERY disappointing since the toy cannot stand up. The legs don't stay apart, and the feet are not flat (the pointed parts of the dino mouth are the tips of the feet).
My son is happy regardless, but as a parent (and former owner of transformers back in the day), this model disappoints. Surely they do not have to sacrifice the ability for the robot to stand just to make a simpler transformation.
