I couldn't find GF lasagna noodles to save my life at local stores and needed some for a family gathering. A bit pricey compared to grocery store prices but I needed them. Also, Amazon shipped it in a bag instead of a box so some of them were broken, but that's Amazon, not the product.
Flavor and texture-- no one could tell they were gluten free. My family has a few celiacs, including myself, and everyone was happy. Should I have an issue finding them locally again, I would purchase again.
