FINALLY... a way to exercise that my surgeon approves of. After 4 grueling spine surgeries (in a 14 month period) all I am approved for is aqua therapy. Still no bending, lifting, twisting... I'm rehabilitating from multiple wrist surgeries on left side and non-repairable detached (2) rotator cuff tendons & detached biceps on the right. I adapted my physical therapy exercise to the pool. I was at the point of needing more challenge and better resistance without buoyancy. These are perfect. They never push my shoulders out of the water and provide different levels of resistance depending upon how you hold them. I can envision these challenging me for a long time.
