I like the price the quality and how bright these hats look. The only problem is that they are small for an adult. Im still going to use them but people will have to move them to back of the head instead of wearing them like a normal hat.

These hats are very colorful and very thin. However we played a game with them on and off heads and they held up fine. They would be great if just putting on head and leaving them. They served the purpose very well. The band around the hat is paper so that might not last long with kids. They fit adults but run a little small which would be great for a kids party. I am pleased they came on time and would re order from this company.
Worked great in the blacklight and made teens happy, so that's saying something!

Yes, they are cheaply made, yes they are flimsy, but who the heck cares! It's not like your wearing them to church on Sunday! For the price I paid and my purpose, these were absolutely perfect! They were a little small for my fat head, but they glowed like crazy under the blacklight and the teens loved them. They wore them, carried them around, posed for pics with them, threw them at each other, used them as guards when the neon silly string came out, they were seriously perfect and I would definitely recommend them and purchase them again.

I purchased these well in advance for my daughter's 4th birthday party in June. Good thing too. They had a smell to them, not plastic but more like it was spray painted or something. That is why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Luckily because I purchased them early, I was able to air them out and they were fine. I used these hats as part of a "secret identity kit" for the goodie bags I sent home, and all the kids loved them.

I purchased these for a children's party and they worked excellent. The colors are very bright and the material is durable. They do not glow in the dark at least from I could tell. They are perfect for children up to about age 10 . They might fit a young adult. You do have to be careful in separating them when they arrive as they are tightly packed be carful the black stipe does not tear its made out of paper. I thought they were a good quality for the price.
