I Can finally give this a review .. I bought this chair in September 2018 for lashing and I love it so much . I've sat up to 14 hours in this chair and didn't have back pain (I usually do) used it almost everyday and it barely tore (so the tear expanded not long after that ) I recommend this product to all my students and they love it !

The media could not be loaded. I also puchased the upgraded wheels if Amazon..and it glides over rug and on floor with no noise :) I also have the regular master massage chair (not saddle) and its great too! But the saddle is by far my favorite while do facials and neck and shoulder massage. Easy to assemble, excellent for comfort and pain relief!

I am a dental hygienist and I bought this to help with my back, since I've used saddle chairs in the past. I used it for 4 days, and here is what I've noticed: This chair is extremely comfortable. It adjusts to a perfect height for me (I am 5') and it rolls very smoothly on linoleum. It is very wide for me but that isn't too much of an issue. What I dislike about it and why I think I'll need to return it is the fact that the front end sticks out so far while I'm sitting that I end up hitting the head rest of my patients chair when they are in the reclined position, and I have to bend over to see what I'm doing. Because of this I end up having back pain! It is a very comfortable chair but be aware of the dimensions of it and what you're working with. Otherwise I'd say it's very comfortable. I might keep the chair to use at home while painting or sitting at my computer because it really does help with posture.

This chair is awesome. It is easy to put together and comfortable. It looks to be nice quality and rolls easily. I find the saddle very pleasant. Probably not for ladies in tight, short skirts though. If am 5"3" and 108 lbs and find the stool is short enough for me. My husband is 5'6" and 130 lbs and also finds it very comfortable. He doesn't seem to notice any "gentleman problems" with the saddle although he hasn't tried it for a long period of time yet. (Someone should make a chair with a calvary saddle - those saddles were built to accommodate gentlemen for many hours - they are cut-away at the top spine of the saddle. Women can use them as well so why not just make a saddle that will work for both genders?)

Be warned though, the instructions are unclear as to how to lower the seat. It sounds as if you are instructed to push down on both the handle and the seat but really you pull up the handle and push down on the seat. To raise the seat you just pull up the handle and lift yourself off the stool a bit so it can come up. So, whether raising or lowering the seat you pull up the handle.

Addendum: I have been using this chair for a few months now and still love it but I do have one problem with it that I thought I would mention in case it helps someone else. If you are constantly standing and sitting, standing and sitting, you may find this stool drives you crazy. If you get up and go to sit down, you have to be very careful that it is lined up properly. Many times I have gone to sit (unconsciously) and found myself falling because I missed the saddle. It is hard to explain but basically it swivels so well you just need to make sure you have it lined up properly. If you are giving a massage in a dark room you may find yourself on the floor before you know what hit you. I still love it but this is a bit frustrating for me sometimes and I am just using it in my office at my desk.
