Be careful with larger "Open Back" amps.
I did not name my pen :-)✓ Verified Purchase•May 9, 2018
Works for many amps, but you may have a problem with larger open-back amps.
Had to modify the rear bar and extent the length of the bar to work with a Bassman 4x10.
I would still highly recommend this stand. With the mods, it's still sturdy.

Very well built! Wow!

I have a Fender Blues Jr and a Vox AC10 and both of them fit well on this fully adjustable stand. It's small footprint means that the amps take up only slightly more space on the stand than they did on the floor. The impressive build quality and ease of adjustment make this a very versatile and sturdy stand. Will definitely be looking at more Gator Frameworks products for my gear needs.
FYI. I paid for these stands with my own hard earned money and am writing this review unsolicited.

Does not work for a Line 6 DT25 extension cabinet

I could only give it 3 stars because it does not work for my Line 6 DT-25 extension cabinet. The upper horizontal cross member on the back covers up the jack plates no matter how I adjust it. I did adjust it so the jack plate was not covered but the stance on the stand was too narrow and the whole thing wanted to tip forward. Very sturdy stand otherwise but I can't use it for my intended purpose.
Get a milk crate or some other stand.

Eh. Not too expensive, works... ok, not great. I can't use it with my 2x12 cabinet because it blocks the input jack no matter how I set the stand. I can use it a small 1x12 amp I have, but it's very tenuous, and always on the verge of tipping over. The locking mechanism is just ok. I have had it lock in place and then later collapse with (small, not very heavy) amp. Luckily no damage. You have to be careful to make sure it locks just right.
Stand by Your Amp

Like most folks I found this to be a reasonably good stand for the cost. My Boss Acoustic Singer Amp just makes it as the vertical bars nearly block the AC plug but a little shave of the plug and it's workable. The grip lock mechanism is very good for keeping the stand in position, but I couldn't be more disappointed with the rubber grips which are somewhat loose and mediocre quality, do not stay in place and do not have end caps.
Maybe I'll find some that will be better but I shouldn't have to.
