Cheaply made. The side clips to hold it closed when folded came off almost immediately. The handle gets stuck in one position and does not want to move up or down. It is cheaply made. I had to put a bungie cord across the bottom to hold the bottom panel up. I would not purchase this product again.

It looks a little bit more sturdy than the ones you get Staples, but not that much better. Just got it, so will update once I use it for awhile. I think my Staples one lasted like 10 years.

This folding office dolly is used by a pre-school teacher to cart her materials back and forth to school. It gets the job done but it's not what I would call "heavy-duty". when taking it out from the shipping package the handle on the crate broke. It didn't top me from using it as all the other functions worked and I could get by but I am disappointed that this is NOT the Heavy-duty material I would hope it would be. I wouldn't be surprised if I end up replacing it in less than a year

Just received it. Hope it holds up.
It's big. I put a smaller file unit inside to make it more useable. It's too large as a file cart to hold hanging files. I use the extra space for my purse & other carry-alsl & it saves my back.

I have purchased several of these over the years from office supply stores. This one seems to be made with a little more care. The axle rod is made of metal in this one (as opposed to plastic in the others) I'm anxious to see where this is in a few months.
*Edit, reduced from 5 stars to 2 stars. This reduction is because my coworker ordered two more of these for our office. I sent her the direct link. We were sent two of the "other" kind, with a plastic axle and flimsier design. I brought this to the seller's attention, and their response was "those aren't made anymore."
This is not "Heavy Duty" This is light duty at best.
