Item is flimsy. It came dented along the right hand upper corners and lip edge causing the top of the lid to not fit snugly. The tether is poorly executed. The two halves of the "vault" can be forced apart and the tether is just fitted into a groove along the lip of one of the bottom and will come out if this happens. The thief can then just walk away with the briefcase, using the convenient handles and pry it open at his or her leisure.
