Arrived fast and was as described
We moved rocks and flattened/leveled earth as good as we could

Very strong when complete. We moved rocks and flattened/leveled earth as good as we could, then placed thie completed base on the site. It helped us know where to add/compact dirt for support as well as provided a base for the level. One could do this with lumber if you know how - not sure you'd save much $ and this is just as strong for the application. Also, no warping or insect issues.
Tips:
They don't "snap" together as instructions say - simply forse one inside the other then screw. We spent 30 minutes trying to get them to "snap" tight until we figured out they mean just twist them a bit to push them together. Like tying to fit a [ into a [.
When done with the entire base, flip it over and use remaining screws to finish the other side. I don't think they tell you this.
Don't permanently install it at the site until you install the base from your shed. You may need to get under the base to hold a nut or two - impossible if the base has been fixed with concrete or dirt/rocks. You can fill after the shed base is installed. (The shed base is just a metal frame that screws to this base.)

A little more work than anticipated, but it went together according to the directions. Directions are OK, not great, but figure out-able.
