will it go bad in shipment

how can this even be fresh? Meats are highly perishable unless they are loaded with extensive preservatives which affect tasted and toughness and can cause serious illness such as cancer. I have not ordered as I need to know how these issuers can be successfully addressed before ordering. I really do not want to pay$40.00 for spoiled meat
