I have purchased two of these steamers. They hold up well and do a great job. The price is great for one of these and honestly I think they all work about the same. I have not seen a steamer that totally gets out every single wrinkle unless you go to a dry cleaner and have it done professionally

I used this while on a business trip. Sooooo disappointed. Video (from Amazon review) shows the Epica not just spitting a little, as I might expect if devise is not exactly level, but actually boiling over and out of spout. I'm returning this as soon as I get home.
Update: I did not return this after all as it was past the return date. However, the company did send me a replacement as they promised. This new one still spits a little. One has to be careful not to overfill and to hold as level as possible to prevent spitting perhaps.
I may be expecting too much from this device as it can never compare to an upright steamer I use at home. So I've adjusted the rating to 3 stars bc the company is attentive and fulfilled their promise.

I've had this product for months now and I was a little worried about some of the reviews that the product stopped working or spitting boiling water at people. Happy to report that a few months later the product works well and only spits if you hold it at a weird angle. Definitely happy with this purchase.
Soaker not steamer

This product did not provide a good steam. I purchased it to use on my wedding day, and regretted not testing it out beforehand. The water leaked from the device, and left the fabric very wet.

For twenty dollars I wasn't expecting too much, but I am thrilled to say this steamer surpassed all my expectations. I had purchased
4 of Lorraine Home Fashions Gypsy Shabby Chic Layered Ruffle Window Curtain Panel, 60 by 84-Inch, Pink and although they are so lovely, they were going to be quite an ordeal to iron. I decided to put them up, and purchase a steamer to get some of the wrinkles out. This was delivered today, and in less than 5 minutes, these curtains look like I had spent all day ironing them. It is lightweight, easy to use and an answer to all my prayers when it comes to curtains! Although I wish the cord was a bit longer, I would recommend this highly!
