Amazing high quality panel!

This is a beautiful, very good quality well made product! I bought a different brand but returned it because the quality of this one is so much better. I definately reccomend this! I did lots of research prior to purchasing this, and I am very pleased with my purchase. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because my product has a dent on one side of the metal.

This product had the potential of getting a great rating from me. Unfortunately I cannot rate as a 4 or 5 because of materials used to make this a finished unit. The main issue that I have found is the hand-held shower holster. That part is extremely fragile and made of cheap, fake metal looking plastic that will break no matter how delicately you replace the hand held shower back in the cradle. I think the unit can be commended
for being able to run all the water cycles independently and as groups. However, the detailed finish like that flimsy cradle definitely
takes away from the unit. Imagine having gone thru the process of purchasing the unit, then installation.....only to find that eventually, the shower cradle will crack and break on you. I paid a lot of money getting that shower together for this unit , only to have an eyesore of a broken handle. That is something that should have been avoided. I am sure this product was made in China.

Great tower for the money

Great tower for the money. Unfortunately had to pay a plumber $300 to install. I'm very handy and No it's not an easy install. Works great. I like the fact that each function works independently or all together. My other one can only operate one function at a time. This unit is big so if you're thinking about putting it in a regular bathtub enclosure you might want to consider a unit slightly smaller. It's a little overbearing. My high ceilings make it work. Like a fire hose for pressure which is great.

Looks great and installs easily but the main shower comes out at a 30 degree angle and there is no way to adjust. Makes it hard to use in a narrow shower. I would not recommend this product.
Questionable build quality. Otherwise it would be great.

Just put second one in after having to return the first one.
Pros:
- really nice looking unit
- if quality was better it would be superb
Cons:
- questionable build quality.
- first one I ordered had a faulty thermostatic valve and wouldn't let the water get hotter than just lukewarm. Returned it.
- second one had a thermo valve that worked! However all the jets on the main rain shower part were shooting all over to one side rather than straight out.
Pretty easy install unless you're putting it over tile. Then you may have to do some cutting which is messy. And get some good drill bits made for tile.
