I have used this in old honda, with low miles. The vehicle was driven around the city most of its life.
Every time I have used this cleaner, the oil always comes out black. I have noted the oil now stays very clean for almost 1,000 miles when I use this with MOA, which is a large improvement. I've also noted about a 1 to 2 mpg improvement.
I had a compression test done in January and Cylinder number 5 was the lowest on the compression tests. I will have another compression test done around 100,000 miles. (mileage at last compression test was 77k). I will be curious to see how Clyinder 5 is doing.
I do recommend this product.

Our Volvo XC70 has 230k miles and was using a few quarts of oil between changes. This product was suggested to try to free stuck piston rings and clean engine internals. Added per instructions and let it run for about 15 minutes before changing the oil. It's been two oil changes since then and the car has stopped consuming oil. Still shows full after 5000 miles. Not a paid review, just genuinely impressed with this product.
