Handy Gadget

This little gadget make installing the wedges so easy. I could have gotten along with just tapping the wedges in with a small hammer, but this was easier, safer and much faster.

The system is great, this tool is ok. Gets the job done but if you have a large area to do i would recommend a metal tool from other manufacturers.They all work the same.
Do your fingers a favor and get these along with Parts A and B of the QEP leveling system.

Definitely worth having on hand. Do yourself a favor and get these or something similar to properly set the wedges. They do take a bit to get used to using and some of the wedges will need to get retightened after your tiles are set with adjacent tiles. Over tightening will cause some of the white "T" shape piece to break off, but once you get used to using the system it happens less often. I used this system for the first time and I am a DYI..my floor came out great. Will be using this system for my shower walls next.

A must for the QEP Tile leveling process. This worked great. I did apply a piece of duct tape the the grooved end as a marker, so that each time I picked up the tool, I knew exactly which end of the jaw needed to go where. Time saver. Otherwise, it shipped well packaged and worked as designed.
