Consistency seemed off but taste was good

The taste was great but for some reason this chocolate was too thick for dipping pastries. Seemed thicker than the same item I get at the store (same exact brand). The twinkies I dipped tasted great, but ended up using the chocolate more as a spread (think frosting) than as a true dip as the melted chocolate was highly viscous.

Have used this product a lot, can add oil to get consistency I want for coating homemade marshmallows , great taste too.
