It arrived with a hole in the package. It should have been good for several months but now it might be bad before i open it. I thought I was going to get beef jerky instead it's moldy "food"

WB beef jerky has always been my favorite. Initially it was always moist and flavorful. Ok maybe not moist. But tender. Not dry. Perfect jerky. But recently and with this last order it was dried up, tough and extremely salty. And I love my salty. But too much is too much. So, here's to hoping the extreme dryness and lack of apparent freshness isn't a trend. As I read other reviews I'm beginning to think it might be a trend, unfortunately.

There's nothing out there that is more authentic than this beef jerkey unless you make it at home yourself!

Very very good!! I scarfed these suckers down in my first trimester and couldn't get enough of them! Love the taste and spices that they use. Worth getting over and over.

About nine years ago when I was in college at the University of Nebraska, I tried this beef jerky for the first time. It was amazing and we ate it ALL the time with Nebraska's best beer...Busch Lite! haha. We loved it. I got so excited when I found it on Amazon I ordered the 30 pack. Maybe it was my taste buds at the time, but my package of smoked beef jerky was SOOOO salty. It was terrible. I could barely taste the hickory smoke under all the salt. I KNOW its not how it always is because during my last visit I had one and it was wonderful. I don't know if they give certain ones extra salt that are going to other sellers because they don't know how long they'll be there. But I was highly disappointed. I know someone else who bought from them directly from manufacturer and it tasted much better, not as salty. bummed. It was so salty you can see the crystallized white stuff all over every stick. I should have taken a picture before throwing them out. No one would eat them, not even my boyfriend who eats everything.
