Thick and Frays Easily

It's twine! This is a thick twine that frays easily, so it is not ideal for more intricate projects. I used it for small projects anyway because I'm cheap and it works, it's just more difficult. It frays as soon as it is cut. If money is not an issue for you and you need this for more minuscule projects, I would look into something else. Otherwise, it is twine and it serves its purpose.

I bought this for wrapping some lamp cords and it worked pretty well. It definitely smells STRONG, but now that my lamps are up and airing out, you can't smell it. There were definitely some thinner parts and thicker parts, but I think it's pretty good quality jute for the price. I wrapped two 15 ft cords and still have a lot leftover for other projects.
NOTE: I don't recommend wrapping lamp cords unless you have time to kill. Takes forever!

Good quality twine. I wasn't sure how thick/heavy it would be when I ordered it, so I took a chance. I am happy. So much so that I ordered a second roll.
Plan on string it in my garden so my sweet peas have something to cling to rather than topple over in a heap. Up until now I had been using very fine string like kite string. It didn't work well. This is perfect.
Good strength and thickness to tie up cardboard for recycling as well. I am sure there are many craft uses for this as well.

This works perfectly for what I needed it for, and it lasts a while. With any rope twine like this you're bound to find little sticks and things in the rope, but they are very easy to take out without changing the look of the rope. I use the rope for crafts, I have been wrapping empty wine, beer, and liquor bottles with rope twine to make homemade vases. With the help of some double-sided tape and a hot glue gun, the rope is perfect for the vases. I've attached a picture in case anyone is interested in doing anything similar.

The reason that he prefers this brand is because the quality and thickness of the twine is even across the spool. On other brands, he has found that there are sections of the twine that tend to be thinner and break easily when pulled tightly. That has not been the case with this Rope King Heavy Duty Jute Twine.
