Great tongs

These are a nice set of grilling tongs. Well made, sturdy and with a touch of class with the oak panels. I been using them for a couple of months and have no complaints. they work great and can lift big chunks of beef with ease. I paid $12 for these, with I think is fair, there are far cheaper ones out there, and I own several cheaper ones, but the quality is not there. These tongs will last a long time.

I was looking for something functional yet heavy duty that wouldn't fall apart like other tongs and these really met my needs. Built like a tank, work great, and a good price. I think these will last a very long time.

Best thoughts went into the design of these tongs. Long enough so I can get to the items at the back of the grill without getting burned. The oak inserts provide a great gripping surface. The tips make it easy to pick up bacon strips, yes I do my bacon on the grill. The latching tab at the end makes it easy to hang it on a hook between uses.

Heavy duty, strong grip and well made. Long handles with a solid grip allows me to securely grip bigger items on my grill such as a whole 5lb. chicken and roasts that weigh several pounds. A bargain at the price.

I just bought these to use with my smoker. Seem to work great grabbing and flipping heavy tri tip I cooked over the Super Bowl weekend. They hold up very well and seem very rigid and sturdy compared to the big box flimsy tongs. Standard tongs bend with weight and the harder you squeeze to pick up the more you bend them. Not sure if they are dishwasher safe so I've been hand washing them, so just be careful because they do have wood grips and it could potentially swell or warp. Other that that they seem to be working great, I can't want to try these out on some ribs and a big ol brisket. Good buy
