Then need to smooth out the sides. If you touch outside the inner part it will rob of skin and draw blood! Knowing this it is still hard to keep from touching the outside occasionally. I don't like to let small kids use the slid, or kids that are not mine. This slide is also not easy to install. The pool man that I had set up to install it back out so I had to do it my self. Getting it level and the polls strait was very hard, don't believe the videos. Not a DIY install.

Slide Arrived in good packaging and wasn't bad to install with extra hands. Kids and adults love this. Definitely a nice addition to our pool. Only thing I'd like to see improved is the sturdiness at the top. Although, it is mounted snug to deck when someone is at the very top there is a little give. Makes me wonder if over time this will become a weak area. Regardless, we'll address it if it does, but until then... We will enjoy it!

This slide built easily and is awesome, my two stars is for the legs being aluminum and having to support the slide and the activity of children.
So wobbly and wonky, I would have expected more out of the hardware for the price of your product. I will have to find some galvanized pipe to replace those legs and make a stable footings, and no deck anchors or elephant feet not included.

it has a 225 pound rating, ladder is bowing with a 144 pound person getting on slide. I am wanting to know why, and, do I need to send back. this is a 1700 00 slide. very disappointed.

Did take some time to put together. The slide itself is high. I can see over our neighbors roof when on top of the slide. I am not happy with how it throws you against the back of our pool wall, just seems like an accident waiting to happen. I had it install by a pool builder, who was not too thrilled about a few things as well, and we are hoping to reinforce it along with repositioning it as well, so better anchors and polls on order. For the sad part I have not let the kids use it yet, and for the good part the slide looks nice and I can decorate with pots and flowers around it.
